Our Story

The Orchard Restaurant is a family run traditional English restaurant located along the A272 at West Grinstead, just off the A24 between London and Worthing.

We have a large onsite car park and orchard garden leading to the Downs Link. We are open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner 6 days a week.

Since 2008 we have provided guests with quality traditional English meals in an informal and relaxed setting. Our extensive menu and superb location have made us a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike.

Regular guests and first time diners always feel welcome at the Orchard. Good old fashioned hospitality has always been a major ingredient of our success.

Your hosts, owners, and husband and wife team David and Sarah Chadburn, together with their team of chefs, kitchen hands and front-of-house staff work hard to provide an ever changing menu of fantastic food along with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Our traditional English menu uses local produce where possible, designed and created by head chef, David, and his team, to provide guests with a selection to tempt all tastes.

Whether you are joining us for an intimate dinner, a business lunch or a get-together with friends, dining is always a treat at the Orchard.
